Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development professional who can identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling creative, branding, digital marketing, website development, or animation services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other channels.
- Identify prospective clients in Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, Automotive, Healthcare, Education, IT, and Corporate sectors.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers and understand client requirements.
- Present Eilan Digital’s services and prepare customized proposals.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to prepare project estimates and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Eilan Digital at business networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings whenever required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and creative services is preferred.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach.
- Ability to create proposals and presentations.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, or digital marketing agency
