Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development professional who can identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling creative, branding, digital marketing, website development, or animation services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other channels.
  • Identify prospective clients in Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, Automotive, Healthcare, Education, IT, and Corporate sectors.
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers and understand client requirements.
  • Present Eilan Digital’s services and prepare customized proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to prepare project estimates and presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent Eilan Digital at business networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings whenever required.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.


Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and creative services is preferred.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach.
  • Ability to create proposals and presentations.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
  • Experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, or digital marketing agency
