Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Visualizer with 10–12 years of agency experience who can lead creative thinking from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-impact visual communication, guiding the creative team, maintaining design excellence, and contributing to business growth through innovative ideas and strategic design solutions.

This is a leadership role requiring exceptional design skills, brand understanding, client-facing confidence, and the ability to inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Leadership

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated creative campaigns.
• Develop original visual concepts aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Ensure creative consistency and high-quality execution across all deliverables.
• Maintain and elevate the overall creative standards of the agency.

Brand & Design Strategy

• Create and evolve complete brand identities and visual systems.
• Develop creative directions for marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, corporate communication, and digital platforms.
• Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual communication.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.

Design Execution

• Design branding materials, brochures, annual reports, corporate presentations, packaging, social media campaigns, digital advertisements, websites, exhibition graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, Motion Graphics, 3D, Video Production, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
• Ensure all artwork is production-ready for print and digital platforms.

Client Collaboration

• Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative workshops.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into impactful visual solutions.
• Support the Business Development team during pitches and proposal presentations.

• Strong expertise in branding, advertising, and visual communication.
• Outstanding typography, layout, composition, and color sense.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and quality.

Software Expertise

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Figma
• Adobe After Effects (working knowledge)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and similar platforms).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in a branding, advertising, or creative agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, print, digital, and presentation design is mandatory.
