About Eilan Digital :
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-5 years of experience to drive sales, acquire new clients, and expand our agency business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably within the creative, media, or marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, email outreach, and industry events
  • Set up and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations Track sales metrics, maintain CRM records, and report to management on pipeline  and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in a creative agency, production house, or marketing firm)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong network of contacts in the marketing, advertising, or corporate sectors preferred)
  • Good understanding of creative services like design, animation, and video production
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
