Key Responsibilities :
- Animation Production: Create high-quality 2D character animations and motion graphics for campaigns, brand films, and digital content.
- Storytelling: Develop storyboards, animation sequences, and character movements that convey strong narrative and emotional impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, illustrators, and content teams to ensure a cohesive storytelling vision.
- Cross-Platform Animation: Produce animations optimized for social media, web, and broadcast platforms.
- Creative Execution: Transform static visuals into fluid, engaging motion with strong rhythm, pacing, and visual clarity.
- Quality & Innovation: Maintain animation quality standards while staying updated on the latest motion design trends, techniques, and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (Applied Arts / Animation / Visual Communication) or an equivalent background.
- Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in 2D character animation and motion design.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop(knowledge of Blender is a plus).
- Animation Principles: Strong grasp of timing, movement, and character performance, grounded in classical animation fundamentals.
- Design & Composition: Excellent understanding of color, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Portfolio: A compelling showreel or portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity, and storytelling finesse.
- Professionalism: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain creative quality under pressure.
