Are you passionate about bringing ideas to life through immersive digital experiences? We’re on the lookout for a talented Interactive 3D and XR Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in creating real-time 3D applications, AR/VR environments, and product configurators.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology — transforming static visuals into dynamic, interactive experiences that push the boundaries of storytelling and design.
Key Responsibilities :
- 3D & XR Development: Build interactive 3D product configurators, virtual environments, and immersive brand experiences using Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Integration: Collaborate with CGI, design, and development teams to integrate 3D assets and animations seamlessly into interactive platforms.
- AR/VR Implementation: Develop AR and VR solutions using WebXR, ARCore, ARKit, and other frameworks.
- Optimization: Enhance performance across web, mobile, and XR headsets by optimizing assets, lighting, and materials.
- Real-Time Rendering: Work with PBR workflows, materials, and real-time lighting for high visual fidelity.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D, AR/VR, and interactive experience design.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in 3D, AR, and VR application development.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of Unity, Unreal Engine, and Blender.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in C# or Blueprint scripting, with a solid understanding of 3D asset workflows and interaction design.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Familiar with WebGL, XR Toolkit, and related frameworks.
- Design Sense: Eye for detail, composition, and user experience — with a passion for realism and interactivity.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing interactive 3D, AR/VR, or real-time experience projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Game Design, Animation, or a related field.

• Set up and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
