We are looking for a project coordinator representative who can manage client relationships & Internal project management. This opportunity will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with our clients, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with client communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes on action items and follow-ups.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive client
engagement. - Utilize MS Office tools to organize and maintain client data and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Assign and coordinate tasks among team members based on their schedules,
availability, and project priorities. - Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and build long-term
relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business administration,
mass communication, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations

Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in a creative agency, production house, or marketing firm)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong network of contacts in the marketing, advertising, or corporate sectors (preferred)
• Good understanding of creative services like design, animation, and video production
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
