Key Responsibilities :
- Graphic Design: Design high-quality graphics for a diverse range of projects including web, mobile, and print materials.
- UI/UX Design: Develop comprehensive UI/UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for modern websites and mobile applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams to interpret requirements and deliver innovative creative solutions.
- Brand & Quality Control: Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and uphold the highest design best practices.
- Adaptability: Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards to bring fresh, cutting-edge ideas to every project.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX design.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Designer, and other relevant software.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and core UX principles.
- Design Expertise: Demonstrated experience creating responsive and deeply user-centered designs.
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of both UI/UX and graphic design work.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale effectively.

Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, email outreach, and industry events
• Set up and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
• Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Track sales metrics, maintain CRM records, and report to management on pipeline and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in a creative agency, production house, or marketing firm)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong network of contacts in the marketing, advertising, or corporate sectors (preferred)
• Good understanding of creative services like design, animation, and video production
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
