Upon full payment for a project, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.
Eilan Digital retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.

5. Payments & Fees
All projects require a written quotation or proposal approved by the client.
A 50% advance payment is typically required before commencement unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due upon completion or as defined in the project agreement.
Payments must be made in INR (Indian Rupees) or AED (UAE Dirhams) as applicable to the contracting entity. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on overdue balances.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to the client until full payment is received.

Minor revisions are included as specified in the proposal; additional changes may incur extra charges.
In the event of cancellation after project initiation, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during a project. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eilan Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to such claim.

Eilan Digital may integrate third-party tools, plugins, APIs, or services (such as hosting providers, analytics tools, or ad platforms). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or data policies of such third-party services.

- For clients contracting with Eilan Digital Pvt. Ltd., jurisdiction shall be the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- For clients contracting with Eilan Digital LLC, jurisdiction shall be the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Eilan Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
